An ordinance amending Personnel Policies and Procedures Section 17-1-102, Division 17-1-1, Article 17-1, Chapter 17, Lawton City Code, 2015 by amending the definition of “Introductory period” to include employees in promoted, demoted and departmental transferred positions; amending the definition of “Shift employee” by deleting the exclusion of introductory employees; amending the definition of “Stand-by differential pay” by deleting the word regular; providing for severability and establishing an effective date.
