To conform with the intent of the previously executed Joinder Agreement from March 2020 that expressed the City’s intent to make employer contributions to the city manager’s customized defined contribution plan, affirm and ratify the employer contributions made since June 2020 to said plan, acknowledge the initial annual employer contribution rate for said plan to have been 9% of the city manager’s compensation; and finally as a result of council’s February 9, 2021 decision to increase of the employer contribution rate by 2.5%, confirm the new employer contribution rate as of said date to be an amount equal to 11.5% of city manager’s salary.
