Consider adopting a resolution amending the City of Lawton FY 21-22 budget, as amended, by transferring $1,256,250.00 from the 2019 Capital Improvement Fund to the General Fund, $750,000.00 from the General Fund to the Emergency Reserve Fund, and $506,250.00 from the General Fund to the General Employee Retirement Fund in accordance with Resolution 20-87.
