Consider Amendment No 2 to the February 22, 1972, Water Supply Contract with Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO) for supplying treated effluent from the City of Lawton Wastewater Treatment Plant and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement or direct staff to negotiate a new increase rate per 1000 gallons.
