Consider an ordinance amending Personnel Policies and Procedures Section 17-1-6-161, Division 17-1-6, Article 17-1, Chapter 17, Lawton City Code, 2015, by extending the date to use vacation hours in excess of the maximum from the last pay period in June of each fiscal year to the beginning of the first full pay period in January of each calendar year; allowing regular full time employees who have completed ten (10) years of service and maintain a balance of eighty (80) vacation hours to cash out up to one hundred (100) vacation hours at a fifty percent (50%) reduced rate; establishing month of payment; re-alphabetizing; providing for severability and establishing an effective date.
