Consider an ordinance amending Personnel Policies and Procedures Section 17-1-1-102-A-36, Chapter 17, Lawton City Code, 2015, by amending the definition of Longevity Pay from “paid periodically” to “paid bi-weekly” and “Step F” to “Step 6”; amending Section 17-1-4-141-B-1, Chapter 17, Lawton City Code, 2015, by changing the dates that longevity will be paid to “bi-weekly”; and deleting Section 17-1-4-141-E, Chapter 17, Lawton City Code, 2015; providing for severability and declaring an effective date.
