Consider approving an ordinance pertaining to offenses and crimes, creating Section 16-2-1-209, Division 16-2-1, Article 16-2, Chapter 16, Lawton City Code, 2015, prohibiting malicious harassment based on an individual’s race, color, religion, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, national origin, or disability; defining said violations; establishing penalties; providing for severability and establishing an effective date.
