Discuss which committees, commissions and boards are duplicative in their roles and responsibilities and direct staff to take action as appropriate. Additionally, discuss which City of Lawton entities can be combined or discontinued altogether and direct staff to take action as appropriate. Also, discuss updating councilmember committee assignments and direct staff to take action as appropriate. Finally, discuss amending the Lawton City Code and/or Council Policy 1-06, City Council Rules of Procedure, to clarify compliance with the Oklahoma Open Meetings Act.
