Consider renewing the current contracts with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBS) providing fully insured health care coverage along with selected ancillary coverage for eligible City of Lawton employees and those eligible retirees effective July 1, 2021 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contracts.
