Consider adopting a resolution amending the current pay plan to coincide with the new Human Resources Management System by re-titling steps from alphabetical to numerical, modifying the rounding of current pay rates up to two decimal places for certain grades/steps, modifying the executive ranges to include Grades 18, 19 and 20, deleting Grades 18, 19 and 20, and repealing all previous general employee pay plans, effective December 28, 2020.
