Consider an ordinance amending Personnel Policies and Procedures Sections 17-1-4-133, 17-1-4-134, 17-1-4-135, and 17-1-4-136, Chapter 17, Lawton City Code, 2015, by clarifying the establishment of pay based off of an hourly rate, clarifying that cost of living increases will be rounded to the nearest cent, changing any reference to pay plan steps from alphabetical to numerical; deleting language referring to introductory employees prior to May 1, 2017; clarifying the approval process for pay increases; providing for severability and declaring an effective date of December 28, 2020
