  1. 1 The Community Sentencing Planning Council’s regular meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m. on January 13th, 2026, in Conference Room 200 of the Cleveland County Office Building by Vice-Chairman Jacob McHughes. Linda Atkins, Deputy County Clerk/Secretary, conducted the roll call, and the following members were present:

  3. 3 Notice of the meeting was properly posted on Friday, January 9, 2026.
  4. 4 For purposes of this agenda “Action” means any of the following: amending, approving, approving as amended, deferring, denying, giving instructions to staff, making a recommendation to another public body, receiving documents or presentations, referring to committee, reconsidering, re-opening, returning, striking or postponing the item.

  8. 2. Presentation by Assistant District Attorney on the months of October through December 2025 activity of Community Sentencing in the District Attorney’s Office. 26-0035
  9. 3. Review of bills for the months of October, November and December 2025. 26-0036
  10. 4. Report on current fiscal year budget, expenditures, sentencing, and any other program information updates. 26-0037
  11. 5. Supervision overview and absconder status report by DOC Probation Officer Michael Ramsbacher. 26-0034
  12. 12 No new business presented for discussion at this time.
  13. 13 No Council Members discussions regarding Community Correction Business.
  14. 14 At 8:37 a.m., Judge Jeff Virgin moved, seconded by Jacob McHughes, to adjourn the meeting. The ayes have it and the motion is carried.
