Discussion and possible action regarding - Approve Legacy Plaza Ground Lease entered into by and between the Cleveland County Public Facilities Authority as the "Landlord", and Southern Gateway Development LLC as the "Tenant", for property located North of the Cleveland County Courthouse along East Comanche Street, described in attached Exhibit A, which shall include improvements to be made by Tenant. Rent to be paid according to attached Schedule 1.
