- 18 Board Member Statements and Announcements: Commissioner McHughes reported receiving positive public feedback regarding the Trails project. In response to an inquiry from Commissioner Cleveland about the status of City of Noble projects, Lawrence McKinney (President/CEO of the Norman Economic Development Coalition) explained that there have been some pivots in site selection. He noted that stakeholder interviews are currently underway in Noble, with similar outreach planned for the City of Moore and Oklahoma City. McKinney further highlighted that Noble has officially joined the Coalition. Commissioner Cleveland also extended a welcome to visitors from the City of Moore: City Manager Brooks Mitchell and Assistant City Manager Deidre Ebrey.
