- 1. Discussion and possible action regarding the approval of the Board of County Commissioners Minutes for February 9, 2026.

- 2. Discussion, review audit, approve, or disallow blanket purchase order submitted. A report will be available for distribution at the meeting or may be obtained from the County Clerk.
- 10 Member Cleveland moved to approve the consent items that are routine in nature. He said that Item No. 10 is moved to the end of the consent docket for individual attention. Vice Chairman Grissom seconded the motion. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Chairman McHughes, Vice Chairman Grissom, and Member Cleveland
- 3. Discussion, review audit, approve, or disallow claims for payment of Travel, Maintenance & Operations, and Capital Outlay. A report will be available for distribution at the meeting or may be obtained from the County Clerk.

- 5. Discussion and Possible Action regarding items to be sold and transferred from District #1.
- 6. Discussion and possible action regarding - Approval request for Triumph Team blanket for professional development for the Thrive Women's Leadership Series, requested amount is $2,000.00.

- 27 Regarding Item No. 10. - Member Cleveland moved, seconded by Vice Chairman Rusty Grissom, to strike "Recommended Action: Approve" from the agenda item and to approve the Bearcom/ScoutCare Annual service Agreement for $10,604.57. This is a service agreement for the dispatch console and all radios/motorolla devices that will provide repair and warranty services for 12 months. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3 - Chairman McHughes, Vice Chairman Grissom, and Member Cleveland
- 18. Discussion and possible action regarding Bid #HWY-2182 Three (3) Month Non-Encumbered Contract to provide Materials and Installation of Asphaltic Concrete Base and Surface Coarse (Hot Mix/Hot Laid Asphalt). The bid term will be from March 1, 2026 through May 31, 2026.
