- 2. Change order from Crossland Construction Company for the new Cleveland County Sheriff’s Department in the amount of $63,769.20. This change includes changes for the wind rating, additional annunciator, added fence panel, structural metal for added vents & shrouds, locker room vanities, Low Voltage added at the entrance, and general conditions.
- 3. Fire Department Requests as follows a) Request from Moore Fire Department for $5,686.80 to purchase SCBA mask storage bags. b) Request from Little Axe Fire Department for $23,500.00 to purchase HEN wildland Blade nozzles, jacketed booster line hose, collapsible forestry hoses and long bore sprayer nozzles. c) Request from Norman Fire Department for $7,528.00 for travel costs to send 6 firefighters to the annual Los Alamos HAZMAT Challenge.
- 4. BID #JA-2189 - opened March 16th, 2026 to furnish, deliver, and install safety padding in two (2) cells for the Cleveland County Detention Center. Bid to include removal and proper disposal of existing materials. Item was accepted and postponed at the March 16th, 2026 regular meeting.
