- 1. Discussion and possible action concerning the minutes from the Board of County Commissioners' regular meeting held on Monday, March 23, 2026.

- 2. Discussion and possible action to approve the engagement of the Oklahoma Office of the State Auditor & Inspector to conduct audits for Cleveland County for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2023; June 30, 2024; and June 30, 2025, in accordance with 19 O.S § 171.
- 3. Discussion, review audit, approve, or disallow blanket purchase order submitted. A report will be available for distribution at the meeting or may be obtained from the County Clerk.

- 5. Discussion and possible action to approve the Cox Commercial Service Agreement for the VoiceManager Service at the new Sheriff’s Office. This agreement represents a transfer of existing VoiceManager Essential service for a term of twelve (12) months at a monthly cost of $123.56, along with a one-time installation fee of $25.00.
- 6. Discussion and possible action to approve the Cox Commercial Service Agreement for the PRI Trunk Group at the new Sheriff’s Office. This agreement represents a transfer of the existing PRI Trunk Group service for a term of twelve (12) months at a monthly cost of $377.00, along with a one-time installation fee of $250.00.
- 7. Discussion and possible action to approve the Cox Commercial Service Agreement for WiFi at the new Sheriff’s Office. This agreement represents a transfer of existing WiFi service for a term of twelve (12) months at a monthly cost of $1,913.76, along with a one-time installation fee in the amount of $940.00.

- 10. Discussion and possible action to approve a resolution recognizing Ms. Leann Clements, Deputy County Clerk, for fourteen (14) years of dedicated service to the County, and to authorize the presentation of a commemorative plaque in honor of her retirement.
