- 1. Discussion and possible action regarding the appointment of Holly Proctor to the Pioneer Library System Board, from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
- 2. Discussion and possible action regarding - Consideration and action upon a resolution authorizing and approving the incurring of indebtedness by the Cleveland County Educational Facilities Authority (herein the “Authority”) to be accomplished by the issuance of lease revenue bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness in one or more series, on a tax-exempt or taxable basis, at a premium or discount, in the amount not to exceed Five Million Dollars and No/100 ($5,000,000.00) (the “Additional Bonds”), in addition to and in combination with the not to exceed Ten Million Dollars and No/100 ($10,000,000.00) authorized by the Authority during its May 18, 2026 meeting (the “Original Bonds”, and together with the Additional Bonds, the “Bonds”), said Bonds to provide funds to complete the acquisition, construction, equipping, renovating, and remodeling of school buildings, acquiring school furniture, fixtures and equipment, and acquiring and improving school sites related to Independent School District No. 29, Cleveland County, Oklahoma; establish a reserve fund for the Bonds, if any, capitalize interest on the Bonds, if any, and pay costs of issuance incurred in association with the issuance of the Bonds; ratifying all actions taken by the Board of County Commissioners of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, during its May 18, 2026 meeting with respect to the Original Bonds; including the waiver of competitive bidding in regard to the sale of the Original Bonds; waiving competitive bidding in regard to the sale of the Additional Bonds; and declaring an emergency.

Discussion and possible action regarding - Interlocal Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners of Cleveland County and the Board of County Commissioners of Pottawatomie County, pursuant to 69 O.S. § 1903, et seq., pertaining to grading, draining, and hard surfacing of certain streets which are continuations or connecting links in the State or County Highway system or other projects that mutually benefit the two jurisdictions and are located within Cleveland County for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027.
