Discussion and possible action regarding - Resolution #26-1359 approving and renewing the Sublease Agreement dated August 1, 2017, by and between the Cleveland County Educational Facilities Authority (the “Authority”) and the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 40 of Cleveland County, Oklahoma (Noble Public Schools) (the “School District”); and the taking of other action with respect thereto. 26-1359 approved Pass
