10. 11 During Board member discussions, concerns were raised about water entering several first- and second-floor offices through the glass and window areas. County Clerk Howlett reported that water was gushing through the window seal, explaining that the combination of heavy rain and strong winds caused significant leaking from the west-facing windows of the office building. Brian Wint stated that the leaks occurring at the top of the windows may be the result of a different issue. He indicated that the matter will be investigated and noted that window-related problems have been identified in multiple locations. He added that it is beneficial for these issues to be reported so they can be properly addressed. ▶ jump to 13:35
