Discussion and possible action regarding Adoption of Internal Revenue Service IR 2025-128 mileage rates at .76 cents per mile, under 19 O.S § 164 mileage reimbursement to county officers and employees and the State Travel Reimbursement Act 74 O.S § 500.4, to be effective July 1, 2026. Contracts approved for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, will carry the new of $0.76 rate, regardless of contract language stating $0.725. 26-1881
