- 2. Discussion and possible action regarding the creation of new account 107124-54000, County Donation AARP Grant.
- 3. Discussion and possible action regarding Removal and Appointment of Receiving Officers: Remove Bailey Breen from accounts 251200, 251201 and 253200. Appoint Shelby Mathews to accounts 251200, 251201 and 253200.

Discussion and possible action regarding Inter-Local Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners, Cleveland County, Oklahoma and Independent School District No. 40 of Cleveland County for FY 2026-2027, pursuant to 74 O.S. 1981 § 1001 et seq., and 69 O.S. § seq., the governing boards of the County and the District find that it is to the mutual benefit of the citizens of both the County and the District to enter into an Agreement for Inter-local Cooperation pertaining to the creation of, maintenance of, and surfacing/resurfacing of certain streets, parking lots roads, and driveways associated with the District's high school which are continuations or connecting links in the State or County highway system.

- 5. Discussion and possible action regarding the submission of the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office General Ledger Reports for July 2026.
- 6. Discussion and possible action regarding the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (OLETS) service fee schedule changes for FY2027.
- 7. Discussion and possible action regarding the Memorandum of Understanding between Cleveland County Sheriff's Office (CCSO), The City of Norman Police Department (NPD), The City of Moore Police Department (MPD), and the University of Oklahoma Police Department (OUPD) for a multi-jurisdictional emergency response team. The MOU will become effective on the date it has been approved by all signatories, and will remain in effect for one (1) year, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this MOU.
- 8. Discussion and possible action regarding the renewal of the School Resources Officer (SRO) agreement between Community Christian School (CCS) and the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office (CCSO). As compensation to CCSO for services, CCS agrees to pay CCSO a fee of $75,000 in ten equal payments of $7,500 per month for a period of August 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027.

- 24. Discussion and possible action regarding a Contract between Cleveland County Health Department and Regina Cook to provide Zumba classes at The Well. The Health Department will pay $35 per hour at The Well. The contract is to be effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
