- 10 Authorizing the mayor to extend the existing contract with DLZ Ohio, Inc. for Professional Program Management Services, and other necessary work and tasks related to the implementation of the Automatic Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Leak Detection System; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of an amount not to exceed $455,453 from the Water Replacement Fund and an amount not to exceed $455,453 from the Sewer Replacement Fund; and declaring an emergency.
- 11 Authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of an amount not to exceed $6,200,000 from the unappropriated balance of the Sewer Replacement Fund for various sewer replacement and improvement projects; authorizing the mayor to prepare engineering studies, plans and specifications, acquire rights-of-way and easements as necessary, accept bids and enter into contracts; and declaring an emergency.

- 4. Authorizing the settlement of the claims of Shavon Taylor in Case No. CI23-1221 captioned Shavon Taylor v. Ensley, et. al., pending in Lucas County Common Pleas Court for the sum of $25,000; authorizing the expenditure of $25,000 from the Risk Management Fund; and declaring an emergency.
- 22 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES
- 5. Authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of $26,430 from the Water Replacement Fund for the purchase of pressure compensators from the original equipment manufacturer of the high-pressure pumps in the Solids Dewatering Facility at the Collins Park Water Treatment Plant; waiving the competitive procurement provisions under TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.

- 6. Authorizing the disappropriation of $500,000 from the Capital Improvement Fund; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 from the Capital Improvement Fund for site development and renovations for the relocation of City of Toledo operations located at 1030 Water Street to 1189 W. Central Avenue and 301 N. Byrne Road; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for said site development and relocation; and declaring an emergency.
- 7. Amending Ordinance 485-23 for the purpose of adding a section authorizing the waiver of competitive bidding under Toledo Municipal Code Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.
- 27 DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
- 8. Authorizing the Mayor to enter into agreements with and accept and deposit financial assistance from the State of Ohio, Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) in an amount not to exceed $3,618,057 for six roadway projects; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of said grant and loan proceeds on the subject projects; authorizing a dedicated source for repayment of said loans; authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts for construction, professional services, contingencies, capitalized interest, testing, and permit fees; and declaring an emergency.
- 9. Authorizing the disappropriation, reappropriation, and expenditure of an amount not to exceed $1,530,000 within the Water Replacement Fund for the replacement of lead lines in Engineering and Construction projects; and declaring an emergency.
- 10. Amending Ord. 597-23 which authorized the mayor to enter into a software license and maintenance agreement with Insight Public Sector for the renewal of 36 Autodesk licenses for a period of 36 months to reflect the updated cooperative purchasing agreement; and declaring an emergency.
- 11. Authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of an amount not to exceed $2,350,000 from the unappropriated balance of the Storm Water Utility Improvement Fund for various drainage improvement projects; authorizing the mayor to prepare engineering studies, plans, and specifications, acquire rights-of-way and easements as appropriate, to accept bids and enter into contracts for said drainage improvement projects; and declaring an emergency.

- 12. Authorizing the mayor to enter into a development agreement with the Metropolitan Park District of the Toledo Area for the Glass City Riverwalk Project; making certain findings with respect thereto; waiving the competitive bidding process of Toledo Municipal Code Chapter 187 with respect to the conveyance of real property; and declaring an emergency.
