- 11 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES:
- 12 Authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of $200,000 from the Water Replacement Fund for the Emergency Gas Scrubber Media Changeout; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for said purpose; and declaring an emergency.
- 13 Authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of $30,000 from the Water Replacement Fund for a 12 Ton Portable Air Conditioner; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for said project; and declaring an emergency.

- 19 DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT:
- 20 Authorizing the disappropriation of $9,576.26 from the previous Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) 37th grant year; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of $9,576.26 from the unappropriated balance of the ESG Operating Grant Fund; and declaring an emergency.
- 21 DEPARTMENT OF POLICE OPERATIONS:
- 22 Authorizing the Mayor to accept a grant in the amount of $243,034.22 from the State of Ohio for police officer training; authorizing the deposit, appropriation and expenditure of said funds; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts; and declaring an emergency.
