18. B. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A COST REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH WESTERN RESERVE ACADEMY FOR INSTALLATION OF PARALLEL PARKING ALONG E. PROSPECT STREET. Brief Description: Western Reserve Academy (WRA) reached out to the City and requested the installation of three (3) parallel parking spaces along E. Prospect Street between SR 91 and College Street. The company, currently located in Aurora, Ohio, will relocate their headquarters operations to two floors within the facility at 50 Executive Parkway. The company operates an E-commerce platform for medical parts and services.
