- 9 The subject of this hearing is a variance request to allow the construction of a forward-facing garage when the Land Development Code prohibits doors of private attached garages to face the street pursuant to section 1205.07(d)(9)(D)(1), “Property Development/Design Standards - Building siting and orientation” of the City of Hudson Land Development Code. The applicant and property owner is Deanna Freedman, 47 W Case Dr, Hudson, Ohio 44236. The property is located in zoning District 4 [Historic Residential Neighborhood] within the City of Hudson.
- 10 The subject of this hearing is a variance request of twenty (20) feet from the required rear yard principal structure setback of fifty (50) feet, resulting in a rear yard principal structure setback of thirty (30) feet pursuant to section 1205.05(d)(5)(E)(1), “Property Development/Design Standards - Setbacks” of the City of Hudson Land Development Code in order to build an addition. The applicant is appealing the conditions imposed by the Architectural and Historic Board of Review.
