Brief Description: This project includes new pedestrian safety improvements along various locations on SR 91 and SR 303 including new curb ramps, sidewalk along S. Main Street between Bard Drive and Stoney Hill Drive, and upgrades to pedestrian signals.   14. C. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A TWO-YEAR CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES WITH QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTION, INC. (ESRI) FOR A GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS) PROGRAM; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
