  21. 19 Councilwoman Babbitt reported there was an additional liquor license request that had come in after the close of the agenda, however they would be reviewing it this evening. It was a TREX transfer for Fresh Food Deli, 5 E. Caston Rd. This TREX transfer application would allow the owner to apply for a liquor license from another municipality, due to there being no more in the City of Green. After this application is filed, the actual liquor license would come back before City Council for their approval as normal. After a short discussion, Councilwoman Babbitt reported that she would move to not request a hearing at the regular meeting.
