7. 7 · Approval of the November 5th Meeting Minutes A motion was made by Board Member Wartko to approve the meeting minutes as submitted; the motion was seconded by Board Member Deibel. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4 - Board Member Wartko, Board Member Deibel, City Engineer Pickett and Director of Planning Wiethe. Abstain: 2 - Board Member Glassner and Board Member Dodovich · Approval of the December 3rd Meeting Minutes A motion was made by Board Member Dodovich to approve the meeting minutes as submitted; the motion was seconded by Board Member Glassner.
