  36. 35 *Council President Speight advised they would be having an executive session to discuss pending litigation with all members of council, Law Director Dean, Planning Director Wiethe, City Engineer Pickett and Clerk of Council Messner. At 6:12 p.m. Councilman Neugebauer made a motion to suspend the regular meeting and go into executive session with all members of council, Law Director Dean, Planning Director Wiethe, City Engineer Pickett and Clerk of Council Messner to discuss pending litigation. Councilman Noble seconded the motion. On roll call the vote was 7-0; the motion carried. At 6:55 p.m. Councilman Speight made a motion to adjourn executive session and resume the regular meeting. Councilman Neugebauer seconded the motion. On roll call the vote was 7-0; the motion carried.
