Council rose to report to Executive Session at 6:05 p.m. Holly Haines joined Council in Executive Session at 6:05 p.m. Rose Hawk joined Council in Executive Session at 6:28 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 7:04 p.m. with no further action.
