  5. 4 President Weaver announced that Council would meet in Executive Session in the Law Library. Council rose to report to Executive Session at 6:05 p.m. Evan Ecos was invited to join Council in Executive Session. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 6:48 p.m. with no further action.
