Long, City Manager, on 9/17/2025, MODIFYING the provisions of Chapter 723, “Streets and Sidewalks, Use Regulations,” of the Cincinnati Municipal Code by AMENDING Section 723-42, “Mobile Food Vending,” to clarify and better align the Cincinnati Municipal Code with best practices for regulating mobile food vending in the public right-of-way to protect the health, safety, and welfare in the City.
