Therefore, WE MOVE that the administration produce a report in the next 30 days on the following: A recommendation on an ordinance *that establishes a civil fine, authorizes the impoundment of vehicles for a minimum of six months, and requires the offended to cover all impoundment costs Report on when CPD has brought charges under the 2024 Ohio Street takeover law (ORD 4511.251) and include information on the results of those criminal proceedings.
