- 1. The future Callicoon Park requires survey work, wetland delineation, design and engineering services. The County has secured a grant from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation and funds are available in this grant to cover additional costs associated with the work to be done at the park.

- 2. The County provides assistance to partner municipalities for projects on the O&W Rail Trail. The Town of Rockland has opted to hire their own engineer. This is to authorize the reimbursement for these services.

- 4. Urging the development of an equitable county chargeback formula and take over health insurance for community colleges
