- 1. Enact a Local Law Entitled “Local Law Designating Affordable Housing As a Sullivan County Public Purpose”
- 2. Resolution to authorize the County Manager to execute utility work agreements in accord with the Federal Aid requirements of the project to replace County Bridge 82 which is 95% Federally funded
- 3. To authorize the County Manager to execute a modification to extend the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) contract for the additional years stated in the contract so the County can hold events in 2025, 2026, 2027 & 2028.
- 4. Resolution to authorize the County Manager to execute an agreement with McFarland Johnson for the development of an FAA Categorical Exclusion for an above ground water storage tank at the SCIA. This document is required to accompany our grant application for the design and construction of a water storage tank at the SCIA. This portion of the project is reimbursable if the grant is awarded to the County.
- 5. To authorize the County Manager to execute an agreement with H. Osterhoudt Excavating for the Grinding of Concrete for Sullivan County on an as needed basis.
- 6. Resolution to authorize the County of Sullivan to enter into a 3-year contract with the Towns for snow and ice removal on various County Roads
- 7. Resolution to authorize the County Manager to execute an agreement with NYSDOT to provide 95% funding for the Preliminary Engineering/Design work needed to replace County Bridge 51.
- 8. Resolution to authorize the County Manager to execute an agreement with NYSDOT to provide 95% funding for the Preliminary Engineering/Design work needed to replace County Bridge 283.

- 12. To abolish two (2) part-time Staff Social Worker I’s and to create one (1) full-time Staff Social Worker I in the Department of Community Services.
- 13. Authorize a letter of intent and execution of a contract of sale for the purchase of property in the Town of Mamakating which lies adjacent to County property (D&H Interpretive Center).
- 14. To authorize the County of Sullivan to pursue LEAD Agency status for the SEQRA process for the proposed development of Callicoon Riverside Park, in the Hamlet of Callicoon.
- 15. To authorize an agreement with Friend of the Upper Delaware River to assist in the administration of funding from the United State Environmental Protection Agency's Change Grant.
- 16. Authorize financial support to the Sullivan County Land Bank for FY2024. $100,000 is budged in A8020-90-46-4609 and $100,000 in A8020-90-47-4752.
