  20. 20 Chairwoman Patterson-Howard asked if there was new business: She wished her husband a happy birthday, and asked the public to come to the Statutory Meeting this evening at 7pm. She invited the public to attend her inauguration on Saturday January 6th at 12 noon, and the program begins at 1pm. She noted that this is the first day of her second term, and that is the first time that has happened in over 20 years. To her colleagues in government she thanked them for assisting her in serving the constituents. Judge Coverdale will be sworn in January 3rd at 7pm, and the community is welcome to come. ▶ jump to 39:03
