- 1. Department of Buildings: An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 32, adopted by the City Council on September 13, 2023, entitled "AN ORDINANCE REQUESTING PERMISSION TO RETAIN NEIL CARNOW, ON A TERM CONTRACT, AS OUTSIDE PLAN EXAMINER IN THE DEPARTMENT OF BUILDINGS"
