F Ordinance Adoption - Bill No. 7337 (For Possible Action): Case No. ANX26-00002 (Ladera Annexation) Ordinance annexing to and making part of the City of Reno certain specifically described territory of one ±116.43 acre parcel of property generally located east of Interstate 580 and west of South Virginia Street, approximately ±450 feet northwest of its intersection with Rhodes Road. Upon annexation, the subject site will have a zoning designation of Unincorporated Transition – 40-acre minimum lot size (UT-40); together with other matters which pertain to or are necessarily connected therewith.
