The ±0.28-acre site is located on the north side of Manzanita Lane, ±210 feet east of Lakeside Drive (935 Manzanita Lane). The site is zoned Single-Family Residential – 5 units per acre (SF-5) and has a Master Plan land use designation of Single-Family Neighborhood (SF).
