The ±0.82 acre site is located at the northern terminus of Chanslor Circle, south of Heatheridge Lane, ±230 feet north of Driscoll Drive (2093 Chanslor Circle). The site is zoned Single-Family – 3 units per acre (SF-3) and has a Master Plan land use designation of Single-Family Neighborhood (SF).
