4. 3 The briefing meeting of the Clark County Planning Commission was called to order by Commissioner Vivian Kilarski on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at 6:04 p.m. in the Commission Chambers, Clark County Government Center, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada.
