Approve and authorize the rehabilitation of 900 Liberace Ave located at APN#162-10-510-029 which consists of four two-story retail/office buildings containing a gross building square footage of 72,500; and authorize the Director of Operations to sign workorders, contracts, agreements or take other actions as necessary to facilitate the rehabilitation of the property.
