CALL TO ORDER - ROLL CALL Chair David Hampton called the meeting to order at 11:31 a.m. The following members were in attendance in-person or via Zoom: David Hampton, Chair; Bernadine Goldman, Vice-Chair; Stephanie Haaser, James Wernicke, Sarah Hoover, Members; Randall Ryti, (New) County Council Liaison. Others in attendance in-person or via Zoom: Mary Tapia, Human Resources Manager; Bernadette Martinez, Deputy Human Resources Manager; Matthew Martinez, Human Resources Analyst 3; Crystal Roybal, Human Resources Analyst 2.
3. 2. PUBLIC COMMENT No public comment
4. 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Motion was made by Chair, Hampton to approve the agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously.
5. 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES There was a request to amend the December 12, 2024 minutes to reflect the David Hampton as the Chair under the Chair's Report on the Agenda. Motion was made by Member, Stephanie Haaser to approve the minutes, as amended. Motion was Approved unanimously, as amended.

7. 5. BUSINESS Motion was made by Member, Stephanie Haaser to approve the 2025 Work Plan as presented. Motion was Approved unanimously.

11. B. HR Manager's Report - Mary Tapia HR Manager Mary Tapia presented the HR Managers Report for December 2024, as attached. HR Manager Mary Tapia presented on Retention and Hiring Metrics, which was handed out and has been attached.

14. C. County Council Liaison Report New Liaison to get appointed at tonight's (1/28/25) County Counsel meeting.
15. 7. PREVIEW OF UPCOMING AGENDA ITEMS Metrics will continue to be an upcoming agenda item to include: quarterly and annual longevity trends, turnover rate, growth rate, and job posting to hire cycle time trends.
