Contracting Inc. for improvements on Center Grove Road and Quaker Church Road in the Township of Randolph to decrease the contract by $144,681.13 for final as-built closeout, $24,467.50 was previously over encumbered in the grant for the original award to J.C. Contracting. The award split should have been $50,000 (non-participating) & $1,013,448.00 to the grant. Hence, -$119,537.79 is the reduction in the final quantities plus (-$24,467.50) in the over encumbrance, plus the (-$675.84), totaling $144,681.13 as the total reduction in the project. T
