  19. 18 Resolution authorizing a Change Order with Envirocon, LLC for Morris View RTU & HRU upgrades to increase the contract by $7,231.20 for RTU 3 and 9 will need new wire (#10) and 30-amp breakers (existing (2) are #12 wire on 20-amp breaker). Wire will need to be pulled out and new wire pulled in. RTU 3 is already a 3P30 breaker. The new contract total is $966,701.20
