Also requested is approval for a waiver from Section 16.02(12) Grading and Drainage Plan requirements. The site comprises portions of four lots, which are identified as follows: Map 37Z 26, owned by City of Concord; Map 32Z 78, owned by City of Concord; Map 31Z 4, owned by Jerry-Wolcott JocelynA 1993 Trust; and Map 312Z 6, owned by Bull Meadow RE Holdings, LLC.
