- 10b. Erin Lambert and Wilcox & Barton, Inc., on behalf of First Church Holdings, LLC, request approval of a minor subdivision (lot line adjustment) and an amendment to a major site plan approval to reconfigure the parking lots to the north and west. Also requested are waivers from various sections of the Site Plan Regulations and Subdivision Regulations.
