- 42 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Directors of Capital Projects, Port Control, and/or Public Works to enter into one or more agreements with Cuyahoga County and Cleveland Metroparks to construct an all-purpose trail on the north side of North Marginal Road, including a maintenance and repair agreement with the Metroparks, for a term of not to exceed twenty years, with five 20-year options to renew, exercisable by the Metroparks; authorizing one or more submerged land leases with the State of Ohio and future sub-leases, for a term up to ninety-nine years, with two fifty-year options to renew, exercisable by the appropriate Director; and to replace or otherwise adjust existing adjacent submerged land leases and sub-leases; authorizing one or more encroachment permits to the County; authorizing acquisition of real property, easements and work agreements; conveyance of temporary deeds of easement; and authorizing any other agreements to effectuate this ordinance.
- 43 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Section 241.05 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio, 1976, as amended by Ordinance No. 81-2024, passed January 22, 2024, relating to food shop licenses and fees.
- 44 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into an amendment to Contract No. PS 2023-317 with BancTec, Inc. to remove the hardware support and maintenance services component for payment scanners and payment processing systems for year two and to enter into contract with Imaging Business Machines, LLC for those services, for the Division of Utilities Fiscal Control, Department of Public Utilities, for a period not to exceed one year.
- 45 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Safety to accept a grant from the United States Department of Justice, COPS Office, for the FY23 COPS Hiring Program for Violent Crime Reduction.
- 46 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to apply for and accept a grant from the Ohio Department of Education for the 2024 Summer Food Service Program at Camp George Forbes; authorizing the purchase by requirement contract of breakfasts and lunches and of food, food products, beverages, condiments and paper products to implement the grant, for the Division of Recreation, Department of Public Works; and authorizing the Director to contract with various non-profit organizations for the implementation of the Program.
- 47 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Capital Projects to issue a permit to The Sherwin-Williams Company to encroach into the public rights-of-way of West 3rd Street, Frankfort Avenue, Public Square West Roadway, Superior Avenue, West St. Clair Avenue, and West 6th Street by installing, using and maintaining various objects.
