- 1 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to exercise the first option to renew Contract No, MA RCD2022-02 with Wausau Equipment Company, Inc. for services, maintenance, inspections, and parts necessary to maintain Wausau snow removal equipment for the Division of Airports, Department of Port Control.
- 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to exercise the first option to renew Contract No. LS 2023-001 with BP Products, North America, Inc., for the lease of City-owned property commonly known as the North Fuel Farm located at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, for the purpose of operating an aviation fuel storage and handling facility.
- 3 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Section 1 of Ordinance No. 255-2023, passed April 10, 2023, relating to the design, installation, implementation, management and maintenance of a Neutral-Host Distributed Antenna System at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
- 4 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to execute a deed of easement granting to The East Ohio Gas Company, dba Dominion Energy Ohio certain easement rights in property located at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport; and declaring that the easement rights granted are not needed for the City’s public use.
- 5 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to exercise the second option to renew Contract No. CT 3001 LS2023-0003 with Paratus Air for the lease of City-owned space located in the Terminal Building at Burke Lakefront Airport at 1501 North Marginal Road to support its helicopter tour services, for the Department of Port Control.
